Know your forms

Herbal products come in several traditional forms, each suited to a purpose:

  • Majoon — a thick paste; use only as its label directs.
  • Sharbat — a liquid syrup measured according to the pack.
  • Safoof — a powder used according to its specific directions.
  • Roghan / Tila — oils or applications intended for external use when the label says so.

Timing matters

Directions can differ between products. Follow the timing printed on the pack or given by a qualified professional rather than assuming that every syrup, powder or capsule is used in the same way.

🌿 When in doubt, book a consultation. A short conversation ensures you use the right remedy in the right way.

Storage & freshness

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close lids tightly, and check that oils and syrups smell fresh before use.

Be consistent

Responses vary between people. Use a product only as the label or a qualified clinician directs, and reassess if it causes discomfort or does not suit you.

Do not exceed recommended amounts. If you take prescription medicine or are pregnant, consult a physician before starting any herbal product.
